Made from scratch in Atlanta
We are obsessed with making the most innovative and delicious ice cream flavors in the world. We draw inspiration from India’s storied and rich culinary tradition, making sure to capture nostalgia in each bite.
In order to develop our recipes, we spend many months traveling across India, understanding the ingredients, people, and stories behind each of flavor.
We then carefully source the highest quality milk, cream, spices and fruits like pure saffron, and house roasted cardamom seeds.
Everything from the toasted almonds in our Badam Milk to the wonderfully tart jam in our Strawberry Malai are made in-house, completely from scratch.
Add in the finest fresh milk and cream from local dairy farms and you’ve got all the makings for a signature Icecream Walla ice cream.

We roast our pistachios and almonds in house.
We also start with real cardmom seeds, toast them and then grind them ourselves to ensure we have the best ice cream flavor possible

Our Story
“Atlanta brothers create ice-cream company that pays homage to their Indian culture” - AJC News
Reza and Rehan Bhiwandiwalla grew up in Bombay, India enjoying the culinary creations of their grandmother and some of the wonderful dining experiences the city had to offer. The brothers moved to Atlanta with their parents at the ages of 12 and 8.
They started experimenting with food from an early age and decided they wanted to bring some of the most memorable flavors from India to their friends in the States.
Icecream Walla was founded with the goal of creating superior and innovative Indian ice cream by using the world’s best ingredients and applied food science - the most dedicated and sincere approach to craft food manufacturing. Reza studied ice cream science as the two brothers sought to perfect their recipes and invent new flavors to delight their guests.
Word quickly started to spread and the two hosted events at Emory University and the community beyond. There was a lot of encouragement to produce the ice cream on a larger level. After two years of research and experimenting, Icecream Walla was founded. (Icecream is spelled as one word (which is incorrect) because thats how the two brothers saw it spelled on street vendor’s carts in Bombay growing up. The incorrect spelling plus the logo pay tribute to those incredible cart ice creams.
6 months after the first batch of ice cream left the factory, Icecream Walla has spread to several states, with no plans of slowing down.
